CD with Country Hall of Fame on

Hello Hank, My Wife Joy & I met you in London around 1970 at the Nashville Rooms, and you sang the song Country Hall of Fame. I hve got many vynil records and Cds but for years I have tried to get this song. I have now been told it is obtainable on a CD with the title something like American & Irish. My local retailer said if I find the exact title they would be able to get it for me. Can you help please.
