Goodbye to the Grand Ole Ryman

Mr. Locklin,
We just recently began getting cable TV so we get TNN now. There is not much country music on that network now but they have been rebroadcasting A Century of Country and I have been watching it for the first time. Tonite they did a segment on the seventies and mentioned that the Opry moved from the Ryman in the seventies. One clip showed I believe you singing a song about saying goodbye to the grand ole Ryman. No credits were given but the song continued for a few seconds after the clip was over. Am I right and can you tell us anything about the song itself - who wrote it and was it ever recorded? What little bit I heard was really good. Thanks!
