When Roses Bloom In Winter

I am looking for an old country song that my Dad used to sing. He does not remember who wrote or performed it, but he says the name of it is "When Roses Bloom In Winter"
He says it may be an old country folk song written over 100 years ago.
Some of the lyric goes "When roses bloom in winter, when snowflakes fall in June, When the sun shines down at midnite (?) when moonbeams fall at noon"
If anyone can help locate this song, it would be greatly appreciated.
