"You're Back Again" with George Jones

Hank,
While listening to some old George Jones albums I heard the song "You're Back Again". The person doing the harmony sounded like you. However, the album did not give any credits nor did it indicate who wrote the song. Another album had the same song with no credit but did show the writers as George Jones and Hank Locklin. Could you clear this up for me? Also, although I am a big Jones fan, in addition to a Hank Locklin, I know George sometimes got credit for writing songs which he did not. Could you comment on that also, if you wish? At least let me know if you were doing the harmony. And, have you sung with others with or without getting credit? Thanks!
