I was singing harmony. In 1956, I told
George if he'd record the song, I'd give him half of it and sing it with him (with permission from Steve Shoals at RCA where I was recording at the time). I'm a George Jones fan among another 50 million. He could play a guitar, too!
We toured together some in the late '50's.I still laugh remembering things that happened back then. It was hard work but we had some good times. Thanks for asking
